How is a garden room different?

We use a Sika-Trocal roof is which is designed for low maintenance roofs and offers better environmental performance. Our roof utilises lightweight, durable and flexible membranes to ensure a fast, safe and economical installation process.

Secondly, we build the shoulder higher than a standard sunroom or conservatory. This lifts the ceiling higher which emphasises the big, tall and bright feeling of the Garden Room.

Thirdly, our roofing system allows an overhang around one, two or three sides of the Garden Room. This is a practical shelter and downlighters can also be fitted to create a great ambiance.

Our Garden Rooms are usually fitted with a Stratus Lantern Roof. These are bespoke sized to your Garden Room.

Finally, our double glazed Garden Rooms are designed to open and airy. We often install aluminium Lift and Slide doors or Bi-Folding doors to enable you to open the room into the garden and to enjoy being in-side but out-side!
